4. How long does shipping take?

We process orders as soon as they're received in the system, usually within one or two days, if not immediately. Once processed, the average delivery time is 4 to 14 business days. Please note that we do not process/ship orders on weekends and some holidays.

1. Where do we ship our items from?

We have multiple warehouses in the US, China, and Europe. When you place an order, the warehouse from which the item will be shipped depends on the availability of the item to ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of your orders. Rest assured, we maintain the same quality and service standards regardless of the warehouse.

2. Can my free umbrella be a different color?

The free umbrella (+1) will be delivered in the same color as your order, and unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to this. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. What are the dimensions of the umbrella?

The umbrella is 15 cm long and 6 cm wide when closed, has a diameter of 105 cm when open, and weighs 180 grams.
